About Janatha Fish Meal
Janatha Fish Meal and Oil Products is a leading high-quality fish meal and fish oil company based near Udupi in Karnataka. Orb Energy was chosen three times in a row by Janatha Fish Meal to install a total of one megawatt (MW) of rooftop solar power – a testimony to the quality of Orb’s installations.
Orb Energy first installed a 100kWp system, which was followed by two repeat orders for 400kWp and 500kWp systems. The combined installation now saves Janatha approximately Rs. 98 lakh per annum ($~118000) with payback reached in just 3 years.
By offsetting approximately 1180 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually, this solar system is helping to reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainability.
