About Krishna Dhaam’s 10 kWp Hybrid Rooftop Solar System
Orb Energy commissioned a 10 kW hybrid rooftop solar system for Krishna Dhaam, a guest house in Mysore, Karnataka, on 15th June, 2023. The owner was looking for a dependable solar for home solution that could reduce rising electricity bills and provide uninterrupted power during frequent outages.
Orb Energy analysed the guest house’s energy consumption and designed a customized system using high-efficiency solar panels for home, paired with advanced hybrid inverter technology. The installation also included seamless integration of lithium battery storage, ensuring reliable 24/7 power even during grid failures.
Additionally, the system supports net metering, allowing surplus rooftop solar energy to be exported back to the grid. With this modern solar power for home solution, Krishna Dhaam is expected to save approximately Rs. 1.2 lakhs annually, highlighting the long-term value of hybrid solar technology.
